Wealth Management Associate

What You Will Do

• To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period. 
• To promote cross-selling/ upselling to increase revenue from customers (esp. in wealth business). 
• To acquire New-to-Premier customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period. 
• To participate in branch/region sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables. 
• To execute sales plans to engage customers and promote Banking products (e.g., wealth, banca, Credit Card & deposit). 
• To engage and foster a good relationship with customers. 
• To acquire New-to-Premier customers. 
• To comply with the Bank’s regulations, policy & procedures and sales code of ethics.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree. 
• Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 2.80 (2nd class upper preferred). 
• Preferably graduates from Top Universities (Local/ Overseas). 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Passed the RHB Competency Assessment. 
• Keen to pursue a career in the finance sector (Sales). 
• Good verbal and written community skills. 
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
