Internship for Business Students - Bayan Lepas

The Programme

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler / Planner) to join our team. 
 
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunity. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Service and Operation Team. 
 
Duration: Depending on your university's requirements.

What You Will Do

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assist to pick up inbound calls. 
  • Assist to handle complaint calls. 
  • Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments. 
  • Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc. 
  • Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.

Required Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business-related course). 
  • Has its own transport to travel to work on a daily basis.
