You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.  
 
Our team actively recruits full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.

What You Will Do

  • Supporting recruiters and/or hiring managers to raise requisitions in Workday. 
  • Supporting preparation of recruitment reports. 
  • Working with HR Shared Services team to ensure that successful candidate applications adhere to compliance and quality requirements. 
  • Scheduling interviews including the processes in PwC’s global HR Information System (Workday). 
  • Administering assessments for candidates. 
  • Onboarding vendors and monitoring contracts with partners. 
  • Processing invoices or other payments such as notice period buy-outs on a timely basis. 
  • Logistics and administrative support for recruitment marketing activities and events including career fairs. 
  • Complete other ad-hoc administration tasks.

At the Administrative level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Required Skills and Abilities

Preferred skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field. 
  • Hands on experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage as well as sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Suite. 
  • Organized and possess good attention to detail. 
  • Good written and spoken English skills.

Minimum years experience required:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment but candidates with 1 to 2 years of work experience will also be considered.
