Associate - HR Transformation

The Programme

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Our Projects and Change Management team helps PwC deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt, and drive change. We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enable our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behavior focusing on critical things that drive successful results. 
 
Our HC Transformation team helps PwC deliver sustainable change through firmwide projects and also process improvement efforts within team HC. We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enable our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation through our deliverables.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.  
 
As an Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research on relevant HR trends and topics that are relevant to the firm’s people priorities. 
  • Support project planning and project management office (PMO) activities. 
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of firm-wide HR projects (e.g., HR process improvement / automation, change management activities, etc.). 
  • Work with relevant teams to drive adoption of HR policies and initiatives.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner. 
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others. 
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. 
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly. 
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures. 
  • Keep up to date with developments in area of specialism. 
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner 
  • Build and maintain an internal and external network. 
  • Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms. 
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR projects or project management, however open to fresh graduates as well. 
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English. 
  • Interests and/or experience in project management, HR Transformation trends, process improvement through digital tools would be an added advantage. 
  • Interests and/or familiarity with Google App Script, Alteryx, Power BI and UiPath will be an added advantage.
