Associate - Employer Branding and Communications - Marketing

The Programme

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. 
 
As the Employer Branding and Communications Associate, you will partner with our Recruitment and Marketing teams to establish, maintain, and create the PwC candidate experience for potential candidates and applicants.  
 
On top of that, you will partner with the Human Capital teams, various stakeholders, and external parties to craft messaging and campaigns for communication and people engagement within the Firm.

You'll be responsible for;

  • Creating compelling materials and templates for both internal and external communications including presentations and social media content. 
  • Managing the day-to-day execution of PwC’s employer messaging across various platforms (e.g., PwC Malaysia Careers Site). 
  • Staying current with marketing trends and brainstorming new ideas for content. 
  • Contributing ideas and drive initiatives to brand our firm on social media platforms (together with other relevant teams). 
  • Managing and crafting Human Capital communications and Managing Partner’s communications to the firm. 
  • Updating, managing and reviewing internal communications platforms (e.g., Human Capital portal).

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Required Skills and Abilities

Preferred skills:

  • Strong written and verbal language abilities with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with various levels of stakeholders. 
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and being able to prioritize and organize in a logical manner. 
  • High performing self-starter, with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 

Minimum years experience required:

  • Fresh graduate, 1 - 2 years' experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
