What You Will Do

• Assist in the administration and operations of the department.
• Provide support to trainers, agency force and branches in the areas of operations and administration.
• Respond to training enquiries via phone call, e-ticketing and email.
• Ensure training attendance and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points are updated in the system.
• Assist in the preparation of training tools, materials and handouts.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as and when required.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.50 and above or weighted average mark of 70% and above.
• A good team player who possesses a positive work attitude, eager to learn and meticulous.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications. 

Minimum internship period of 3 months.
