Internship - Key Account Management

The Programme

Having a balance of both Key Assignment and Administrative work will enable the intern to be productive and gain a well-rounded learning experience.

What You Will Do

• Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
• Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and revenue. 
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure great partnership with bank partner and resolve any issues. 
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. 
• Engage in product development and coordination of project schedules. 
• Assisting to Key accounts by handling operational duties, including the assembly of materials for pre-reads and drafting minutes of meetings. 
• Assisting in preparing reports and presentations to update management on account progress and performance.

• Project management skill – able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Organization skill – well organized and able to manage time effectively. 
• Flexibility and adaptability – to adapt to changes in processes and able to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excel, Power BI. 
• PowerPoint. 
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Meticulous and willing to learn.
