Intern -Performance Management- Strategic & Corporate Planning -Administration

The Programme

At Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, you will join the Performance Management, Strategic & Corporate Planning team as an intern and learn about the insurance and takaful industry.  
 
Working with experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of the financial business, such as performance management, strategic planning, and corporate planning. You will also primarily participate in innovation projects across the company and support the team in their core tasks when needed. 
 
These functions are vital for achieving the organization’s goals and objectives. They help the organization to measure and enhance its performance, define and execute its long-term vision, coordinate and align its actions and decisions with its purpose and vision.  
 
They also help the organization to create and maintain a competitive edge, explore new solutions, and adapt to ever-changing market and regulatory conditions.

What You Will Do

To assist the team mainly on performance management and corporate planning matters as well as Innovation related tasks, as and when needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning and committed to building a rewarding career in the Malaysian financial sector.

To apply for the internship, we would prefer the candidate to meet the below entry requirements:

• In your tertiary education as a university or college student, preferably in the fields of study in Finance, Investment, or Business Admin. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Tools and Alteryx is an advantage. 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
