Intern - Customer Marketing

What You Will Do

Support the development & day-to-day operations of Customer Campaigns & Initiatives, this includes campaigns with the following objectives:

• New Customer Acquisition (i.e., focus on expanding customer base and gaining new policyowners) 
• Existing Customer Cross-sell (i.e., focus on driving pre-identified cross-sell KPI among existing customers) 
• PRUPrestige Customers Acquisition (i.e., expanding customer base with higher value/premium size) 

Involved in the betterment process for continued improvement on Customer Campaigns & Initiatives. 
 
Assist in activating and driving on ground campaign awareness through sales channel (this includes touching base with agents whenever necessary) & working with key stakeholders to implement the campaign initiatives & necessary fulfilment methods.

• To be involved in campaign fulfillment process including but not limited to post campaign communication/notification, crediting of campaign cash reward, delivery of campaign gift to eligible customers. 
• To be involved in handling campaign enquiries via dedicated hotline (agents-fronting) and mailbox. 
• To assist in the compilation and reconciliation of campaign eligible listing for campaign reward payout. 
• To assist in proof-reading of marketing materials and provide constructive feedback on the overall presentation. 
• To assist in liaison with business partners/vendors whenever necessary. 
• To be involved in User Acceptance Testing. To take part in the project management of campaigns to ensure timely delivery of the launch/execution.
