Intern - Channel & Customer Marketing

The Programme

Responsible for carrying out key assignments from the manager & completing the administrative tasks will be assigned in order to gain a well-rounded exposure & work experience in the Customer Marketing team. 
 
Key Assignment Work:

  • Support the development & day-to-day operations of Customer Campaigns & Initiatives, this includes campaigns with the following objectives: 
    • New Customer Acquisition (i.e., focus on expanding customer base and gaining new policy owners). 
    • Existing Customer Cross-sell (i.e., focus on driving pre-identified cross-sell KPI among existing customers). 
    • PRUPrestige Customers Acquisition (i.e., expanding customer base with higher value/premium size). 
  • Assist in activating and driving on ground campaign awareness through sales channel (this includes touching base with agents whenever necessary) & working with key stakeholders to implement the campaign initiatives & necessary fulfilment methods. 
  • Involve in the process of measuring overall campaign effectiveness i.e., the campaign profitability /financials (expenses, ROI, Margin, Net Margin Ratio etc.) and the operational efficiency (TAT, SLA etc.).  

Administrative work:

  • To be involved in campaign fulfillment process including but not limited to post campaign communication/notification, crediting of campaign cash reward, delivery of campaign gift to eligible customers. 
  • To assist in proof-reading of marketing materials and provide constructive feedback on the overall presentation.

  • Understand and able to apply ‘marketing concept’. 
  • Experience the process (if not all partial) in delivering a campaign offer to target customers and generate desired outcome.    
  • How to put knowledge and skill into practice and with result.    
  • Improve ability to attend to details and problem-solving skills. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Preferably graduate from related field/study but not a must. 
  • Multi-tasker and good team player (and learner too).   
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Good written/verbal communication.  
  • Agile and Resilient.
