SME Business Development Manager - Asset - Sungai Petani

What You Will Do

  • Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships and professional bodies. 
  • Build networking and establish relationships with professionals and business associations to acquire a new customer base. 
  • Ensure bundling cross-selling to drive and generate fee-based income from Forex, CASA and Insurance. 
  • Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after-sales service. 
  • Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Emerging Business umbrella from time to time. 
  • Provide support to Head of Enterprise Mass Market in achieving team targets.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Training will be provided. 
  • Diploma holder with minimum of 2 years experience in sales or sales-related capacity (as a Relationship Manager or Mobile Sales) with minimum lending or credit background. 
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Self-motivated and self-starter. 
  • The ability to speak several languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
