The Digital Channels and Projects team is looking for interns to join the team: 

  • To be part of the team responsible in the rebranding activities and logo refreshment exercises.  
  • To conduct competitive benchmarking analysis. 
  • To assist the team in preparing user guides, product manuals and mobile user guides. 
  • To assist the Customer Experience Editorial team in English and Chinese copywriting and translation work. 
  • To assist the team producing the internal report, E-B Scoring Report Preparation. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Good writing and editing skills in English (and Chinese) and understanding of grammar. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Any previous working experience in publication or agency or background in content creation is a plus. 
  • Open to Malaysian citizen only. 
  • Undergraduates in their second, third or final year pursuing their degree; preferably in (Digital) Marketing, International
  • Business or Business Administration. 
  • Demonstrated leadership with a penchant for problem-solving.
  • Have outstanding academic achievements and active in extra-curricular activities.
