Intern - Human Resources

The Programme 

We are looking for an intern to join our HR team in the NIQ Sunway office.  
 
You will be supporting the team with the following responsibilities: 

• Updating and maintenance of HR records with new hire information, employee records and other HR operational tasks. 
• To assist in pre-employment preparations, employee on-boarding and off-boarding process. 
• To support various HR initiatives - employee engagement activities, employer branding, building impactful information on social media and other online platforms.  
• To assist in special HR projects as and when required. 
• Work cross-functionally to gather data and stay engaged. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant courses. 
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.  

Internship for 6 months minimum would be an added advantage.
