Project Title: Strategic Project Management for Operations Excellence 
 
Description: Internal Inventory Management and assist on project management for Operations Excellence. 
 
Scope:

• Internal inventory data collection, analysis, and reporting. 
• Project Management - Stakeholder and Communication Management.

Supporting Team:

• Inventory/Material Team. 
• Warehouse Team. 
• Project Management Team. 
• Finance Team. 
• Factory Operation Team.

Deliverables:

• Able to set up reporting in Tableau. 
• Internal Inventory analysis and disposition. 
• Able to communicate and coordinate with cross functional Team Member on Project Deliverables. \

Stretch Goal:

• Improve the Metrics for internal inventory measurement. 
• To lead and wrap up Project Meeting with solid objectives and outcome.
