• Crack detection booster under 2D X-Ray.

Description:

• Enhanced crack detection under 2D X-Ray by using contrast agent to improve its material density.

Scope:

• Booster contrast agent study and evaluation. 
• Data collection and analysis. 
• Trial run and users’ feedback collection. 
• Buyoff and proliferation the BKM.

Supporting Team:

• Engineering team. 
• Suppliers and procurement. 
• X Ray tool owner. 
• EHS team.

Deliverables:

• Successful showcase crack detection that is not visible with existing BKM. 
• Crack detection improvement.

Stretch Goal:

• Tiny and invisible crack detection.
