The Programme

Description:

• Evaluate the factors affecting L05B Dies Pick Up performance via Design of Experiments (DOE) approach. 

Scope:

• Technical paper readings (related to dies pick up affecting factors). 
• Data collection for DOE output responses and data analysis via JMP statistical tool. 

Supporting Team:

• DA Process engineering team. 
• CR1 and DA equipment teams.

Deliverables:

• Improved dies pick up performance especially for L05B dies.  
• Understanding the factors affected dies pick up performance.

Stretch Goal:

• Reduced 1000 DPPM yield loss due to die pick up issue.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• 6 months internship. 
• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical/Chemical).
