Engineer - MAM

The Programme

As MAM Engineer, he/she is required to work together with other functional groups responsible in updating and maintaining the Manufacturing Asset Management system as well drive for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Site governance of MAM system:

  • Ensure that requests for production processes comply with Assembly Online Document System (AODS) documentation. 
  • Configure and maintain MAM Documents (steps, processes, dispo rules, etc.) according to business need. 
  • Complete designated Workflow Task (PDSS routing) and ClearQuest requests for updates to process options, step revisions, etc. 
  • Effectively troubleshoot within MAM to resolve issues or potential problems. 
  • Verify impact of changes and identify other components of a process that may need to be updated. 
  • Understand the general process to make better decisions for questionable requests. 
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Communicate effectively with other team members for clarification or direction on updates. 
  • Make suggestions and look for ways to increase quality/efficiency. 
  • Provide feedback and training when needed.

MAM performance monitoring:

  • To monitor site’s MAM performance and identify/drive improvement to achieve targets. 
  • To facilitate meeting/discussion with working team to discuss/diagnose the problem. 
  • To provide support in any internal or external audits on MAM relevant matter

Contribute to a Quality first and safe work environment:

  • Follow and comply with defined procedures to ensure full compliance at work. 
  • Follow and comply to safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety) 
  • Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality. 
  • Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products.

Forster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work efficiency:

  • Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task. 
  • Be disciplined and adhere to HR policy. Always communicate with supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance.

Required Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or any relevant field (example: manufacturing system). Preferrable 1 year’ experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to join us.  

Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily tasks. Good multitasking, problem solving/troubleshooting and organizational skills. Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
