Internship in Human Resources - Administration

What You Will Do

  • Intern management and support. 
  • Intern Recruitment – job posting, sourcing, screening, conduct of interview, pre-selection of applicants, Onboarding, Offboarding. 
  • Visa applications and documentation (when needed). 
  • On-boarding and update of intern movements. 
  • Employer Branding. 
  • Monthly Personnel Announcement. 
  • Engagement projects. 
  • HR Ad-hoc project.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Human Resource or equivalent. 
  • Good writing and communication skills. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team. 
  • Willing to learn, proactive and have a good time management. 
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Canva, video editing).
