What You Will Do
- Intern management and support.
- Intern Recruitment – job posting, sourcing, screening, conduct of interview, pre-selection of applicants, Onboarding, Offboarding.
- Visa applications and documentation (when needed).
- On-boarding and update of intern movements.
- Employer Branding.
- Monthly Personnel Announcement.
- Engagement projects.
- HR Ad-hoc project.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
- Willing to learn, proactive and have a good time management.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Canva, video editing).
