We are hiring fresh graduates to join us either as a Sales Rep or an Associate Clinical Specialist.
What You Will Do
A Day in the Life of an Associate Clinical Specialist:
- Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
- Troubleshoot product issues to ensure patient safety is not compromised.
- Educate/train hospital personnel on the use of the products and services.
- Act as primary customer liaison, maintaining contact with customer, assessing satisfaction and usage levels.
- Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of team leader.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Rep:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with various stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
- Promptly address customer needs including opportunities and challenges and coordinate responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Implement marketing tactics and strategy in collaboration as directed by the commercial and marketing leaders.
- Provide insights and market research on customers and competitors’ activities.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
- Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of team leader.
Required Skills and Abilities
Must Have - Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a University Degree (graduation year 2020/2021).
- We are open to graduates from Health Science, Bio-medical Science/Engineering or any other discipline.
- Consistent academic track record.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of passion, energy, commitment and integrity.
- Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills.
- Organizing and prioritizing work.
- Willingness to go the extra mile (some after office hours, weekend support depending on intensity of cases).
- Willingness to travel; includes interstate (up to 50% depending on level of case support).
Nice to Have:
Internship experience in a healthcare organization.
