The Programme

As a Protégé Trainee at Maybank, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge in various areas of banking.  
 
You will be involved in hands-on working experience and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.  
 
This program will help you build a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the financial sector.

What You Will Do

As a Protégé Trainee at Maybank, you will undergo eight (8) months on-the-job training within Maybank Group business unit nationwide.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Malaysian Citizens. 
• Any educational background is welcome. 
• Recent graduates or individuals with below 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.  
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.  
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
