Fixed Wireless Engineer - Electrical Engineering - Fresh Graduate

What are you accountable for?

• Responsible for project rollout and coordination. Multiple Site survey. Arrange wireless equipment delivery and inventory.
• Tracking report update. Wireless link implementation, configuration, commissioning and performance monitoring. PRTG update.  
• Participate weekly standby duty roster. 
• Prepare documentation to record maintain PoP sites. Update database MIMS, ERF and CMDB system.

Required Skills and Abilities

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/ Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 

• 2 years of experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply too.

Skill:

• Communication – Converse technical information precisely without missing data to others. 
• Problem solving & Decision Making - Provide solutions which require some interpretation when dealing with expectations.
• Consider the consequences of decisions. Develops solutions that address the root cause and prevent recurrence.

Knowledge:

• Intermediate level - 802.3 and 802.11 product. 
• Intermediate level - Bandwidth capacity detail planning. 
• Intermediate level - Radio Frequency (RF) planning and operation.

Good knowledge in wireless point to point, Wifi technology and microwave network infrastructure implementation, planning, operation and maintenance.  
 
Creative analytical knowledge during operation and rollout. Good in technical documentation, wireless equipment tracking, Audit ISO documentation and CMDB.
