Program Overview:  
 
The Brighter Tomorrow Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month immersive experience designed to cultivate the brightest engineering talent.  
 
Through rotations in Front End Engineering, Back End Engineering, Yield/Integration & Automation, you will gain hands-on experience and comprehensive insights into various aspects of solar engineering.  
 
This program is crafted based on the best practices in the solar industry, ensuring you receive top-notch training and exposure.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering (or related field) from a reputable institution. Recent or graduated within the last two years, showcasing exceptional academic achievements. 
• A deep passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and making a positive impact on the environment. 
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think critically. 
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
