Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office in Q Sentral: 
 
Insurance Operations Intern (July/ August/ September Intake)

We will count on you to:

• Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned 
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs. 
• Perform investigation of queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plans to drive improvement.  
• Provide support to Team Manager / Lead Operations Manager where required.  
• Interact with stakeholders, project managers etc. to ensure proper execution for flow of information on performance (daily, weekly, monthly), exceptions, process changes and new opportunities.

Required Skills and Abilities

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. 
• Good command in speaking and writing English. 
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
