What You Will Do
- Screen and provide quality candidates within a stipulated timeframe.
- Administer psychometric assessments to candidates.
- Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, collection of documents etc.
- Assist in various Employer Branding activities such as university career talks, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools etc. To work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring high quality and innovative employer branding activities to attract talents.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or relevant field.
