Client Development & Communications Intern - May 2024

The Programme

As a Client Development and Communications Intern with us, you will provide operational support to the team and will gain a deep insight of our network.  
 
You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.

POSITION: 
 
Internship position starting on 1 May 2024 with minimum of 4 months to 6 months duration. 
 
Provide supporting role in managing the day-to-day work in: 
 
Communications Department:

• Coordinate local and international photoshoot including delivering and collecting samples. 
• Assist in PR loans, press samples and ensure timely delivery of shipment. 
• Support in booking of flights, logistics, dressing plans, co-ordination with media / KOL / Celeb for regional press presentations. 
• Company-wide projects management and participation.

Client Development Department:

• Assisting in the organization of Clienteling actions: events and client experiences coordination in line with Louis Vuitton’s marketing strategy and standards. 
• Support in client’s event from pre-event to post event; sending invites, appointment hosting and scheduling, F&B arrangement, logistics, reception, following up with vendors and retail team etc 
• Collaborate with retail team to select clients; Coordinate hospitality programs for local or international events. 
• Support in client gifting delivery arrangement for different client events and celebrations in timely and qualitative manner. 
• Analyze events and client experiences results and compile feedback reports when needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Enthusiastic, agile and highly driven with an outgoing charisma. 
• Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details. 
• Strong command of events and project coordination with good organizational skills. 
• Strong interest in fashion, luxury, lifestyle; Experience in retail is an asset. 
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and Power Point applications. 
• Strong communications in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin. 
• Fashion / Marketing /Communications students are encouraged to apply.
