Operation Analyst Trainee - E-commerce

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and tag account at the APC dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 
• Oversee the delivery process for orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. 
• Handle vendor forms for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. 
• Assign incoming new L-Pro Leads to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). 
• Undertake Ad- Hoc Tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. 
• Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation. 
• Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis and reporting.
