Reporting to Category Manager you will be responsible for:

• Engaging and building relationships with sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals. 
• Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures for management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews. 
• Developing understanding of category dynamics in online market, spotting trends and support category managers to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada. 
• Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce. knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.

Required Skills and Abilities

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). 
• Problem solving, project management and communication skills. 
• Work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role would be a plus. 
• Self-learner, open to challenges, motivated to go extra miles!
