Associate - Value Channel E-commerce Lead - Marketing & Sales

What You Will Do

• Strengthen the low-price channel and promotional mechanisms by creating diverse assortment strategies that align with the priorities of sellers and business units. 
• Generate weekly and ad hoc in-depth analysis to track progress, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities. 
• Evaluate sales trends and insights to determine suitable product assortments for the low-price channel. 
• Take full accountability for executing the agreed-upon strategies with stakeholders. 
• Comprehend the local market and business requirements and elaborate on business tactics to attain different objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably 1 year working experience in e-commerce, retail, business development, consulting/finance is preferred.  
• Strong industry background would be a plus. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (sales, marketing, business & PR). 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to influence others. 
• Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions. 
• Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. 
• Highly energetic & self-motivated. Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in an ever-changing environment. 
• Fluent communication in English.
