Typist - Audit Centralization Team

The Programme

Handling administrative functions for the Audit Centralization Department.

What You Will Do

Data Sanitization 

• Converting and sanitizing raw data extracted from client's accounting system into relevant data for Audit purpose.

Financial Statement 

• Preparing financial statement roll forward or skeleton for new client. 
• Checking financial statement format, alignment, etc. 
• Financial statement call-over/proofread and casting.

Issuance of letter

• Assisting Engagement team to issue engagement letters for new and existing clients.

Signing Account 

• Checking the signing pack, ensure all documents and financial statements are in order and ready for signing.

Corporation Borrowings 

• Assisting engagement team to release financial statement to trustee.

General admin work

• Arranging for courier and dispatch.  
• Applying chop common seal & folding letters. 
• Scanning, splitting & renaming files.  
• Clearing in tray. 
• Assisting for printing for resignation documents. 
• Downloading PLC announcement, Bursa Monthly Closing and foreign exchange rate for audit work references.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Good in English and Mathematics. 
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Word. 
• Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently.
