The Programme

Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) - This two-year programme is designed to give you everything you need to launch a career in Real Estate and Property.  

We're looking for Exceptional People who want to build on their potential and are passionate about Property Consultancy.

Graduates become an integral part of Knight Frank from day one, gaining exposure to all areas of the business and learning about parts of the industry they may not have known existed.

Alongside your work, we will support your registration to become a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager.

We believe that hands-on experience is very important for a graduate. Hence, we will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow through rotations in 4 different departments within 2 years.  

Our list of rotation spans across:

Advisory:

• Valuation & Advisory.
• Research & Consultancy. 

Agency/ Transaction:

• Corporate Services.
• Land & Industrial Solutions.
• Capital Markets (Investment).

Property Management. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate / Property Management.
• Has less than 1 year working experience.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work within Klang Valley.
• MUET: Band 4 (Optional).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel (Optional).
