Accounts Intern

The Programme

The Accounts Intern will provide support to the finance team at Knight Frank Malaysia in various accounting tasks. 

What You Will Do

• Assist in data entry and maintaining financial records in the accounting system. 
• Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. 
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow. 
• Participate in preparing financial reports and statements. 
• Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects, as assigned. 
• Help track and verify financial transactions and documents. 
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and organizing financial documents. 
• Comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. 
• Good organizational and time management skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
