KERING - Intern - Treasury

The Programme

You will be part of the Kering Group’s Global Finance Shared Services Center for APAC located in Menara Symphony, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

What You Will Do

• Assist in daily management of Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status. 
• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, recording and updating bank/merchant data. 
• Administrative support, assist in bank and merchant application forms. 
• Update Board Resolution copy in SAP. 
• Assist in Bank Guarantee application and renewal Bank Guarantee. 
• Assist in daily cash pooling interest posting in EBS and system. 
• Arrange bank form signatures via email and follow up the status. 
• May be required to take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about Treasury and SAP system. 
• Effective communication skills. 
• Reports to Senior Treasurer APAC.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing or completing Bachelor's Degree or higher. 
• Studying Accounting or Finance or Business. 
• Multilingual – English, Malay, Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application. 
• Able to communicate and manage various stakeholders. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ideal Internship duration: 6 months, second option 3 months.
