What You Will Do 

In this position, you will be responsible for working on a specific identified projects to support the automation and efficiency improvement in the manufacturing process.  

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

  • Assist automation/operations team in the development of automation and efficiency solutions for assembly, test process and equipment/fixtures.
  • Conduct design reviews, design validation and design implementation and drive breakthrough improvements to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity critical success indicators.
  • Align the automation and efficiency solutions to match the IR4.0/Smart Factory concept. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • You should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Have a strong analytical and structured problem solving skills.
  • Have a creative, fearless and innovative mindset to drive ideas.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written.
