What You Will Do 

In this position, the graduate trainee (GT) will be responsible for high speed SERDES/IO/DDR characterization and functional validation activities.  


  • Setup the characterization bench and test environment.
  • Debug on characterization setup whenever needed.
  • Execute according to the characterization/validation plan, data collection and report generation.
  • Generate automation script/tools whenever applicable for efficiency improvement. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic/telecommunication/computer engineering.
  • Good knowledge in analog circuit theory and analysis.
  • Familiar with Python scripting.
  • Familiar with basic digital design knowledge, experience in Verilog.
  • Good logical thinking and communication skill.
  • Good in debug.
