What You Will Do

As a Product Quality Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing engineering returned devices, validating and root causing reported failures to assess quality and/or reliability risk.

You will need to work with technicians, product engineers and failure analysis engineers to evaluate the functionality, electrical and mechanical characteristics of CPLD and FPGA devices; publish analysis reports regularly and upon completion of analysis. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in device physics, VLSI fabrication technology, microelectronics circuit.
  • Basic knowledge in CPLD, FPGA or ASIC products, understanding of automated testing of integrated circuit will have added advantage.
  • Demonstrate good command of English and technical writing.
  • Good analytical, problem solving/debug skills, resourceful and inquisitive mind.
  • Knowledge or experience in statistical analysis, programing and scripting skill will be useful.
