What You Will Do 

In this internship, you will be working alongside a World-class NAND Memory design team.Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Block-level device placement, floor planning & routings using CAD tools.
  • Physical verification Layout vs. Schematic LVS, Design Rule Checks DRC.
  • Electrical Rule Checks ERC, and Design for Manufacturability checks DFM.
  • Assist in the preparation of the layout design database for introduction to manufacturing. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics or related field.
  • Willing to commit to minimum of 6 months internship period.
  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. 

In addition to the qualifications listed, the ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to work independently and at various levels of abstraction.
