What You Will Do

Intel Flex is an Embedded Consulting Unit that works across different business units, functional groups, and product teams to deliver high impact results to Intel. Our mission is to make it easier to move faster on the things that matter most to Intel through software engineering services, solution development, organization transformation, project/program management and outsourcing management.

In Intel Flex, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our department program leads in planning, conceptualizing, designing and producing visual communication materials such as videos, posters, reports, and collaterals.

The responsibilities of a Multimedia Specialist Graduate Trainee are: 

  • Work with drawings, sketches, or written instructions to design our department program's visual and written content.
  • Develop and deliver high quality and innovative content and layouts for presentations, emails, recruitments, and other digital communication pieces. 

The candidate is expected to have strong multimedia design fundamentals and communication skills and thrive working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia/ Advertising/ Media or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
  • Proficient in Power Point, Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with photography, videography or motion graphic design.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills paired with creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in UI/UX would be a plus.
