What You Will Do

The expectation is that this strategic and creative individual will:

  • Leverage data to analyze, identify and support recommendations for logistics innovation.
  • Present proposals to management for implementation.
  • Facilitate reviews on existing logistics innovation projects.
  • Assess, experiment new innovation approach, system or strategies and provide consistent update.
  • Develop innovation project roadmaps, in partnership with other Intel Business Units.
  • Coordinate timing of pilots, testing of systems, approach or strategies.
  • Drive special projects and CIP initiatives, focus on future logistics trend and industrial benchmarking.
  • Creation of all logistics marketing and communications activities.
  • Own, develop and manage the planning and marketing campaigns, contest or events designed to create innovation or people program awareness.
  • Support departmental related people and marketing activities. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Innovation, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Software Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Enthusiasm to develop and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovation.
  • Good interpersonal, personal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Effective research, presentation and writing skills.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent people skills, good teamwork and communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision, eye for details and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and short deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in innovation and research paper or activities.
  • Strong Project management skills.
