As members of the Finance team, employees act as full partners in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value. Intel Finance has a strong focus on facilitating change and improvement both within finance and in the operations supported. 

What You Will Do 

The Business Process Management (BPM) Program Office under Finance organization is looking for a student candidate for a temporary position in Business Administration.

This position will support the Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Programs for the Finance Organization, including but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Support the update and sustaining of our BPM and Lean Programs curriculum and classes material.
  • Keep and update the list of certified employees in BPM and Lean while helping to increase the number of accredited employees in those disciplines.
  • Document processes using standard documentation templates, process flows, or SIPOCS.
  • Draft communications for both programs.
  • Help to define and maintain metrics and indicators for the program.
  • Customer support and Maintaining the BPM Program website. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

The ideal candidate should have a creative mind, passion for analytic skills, and continuous improvement while having a bold discipline to execute action plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Student of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Passion for learning, great teamwork, engage with business with strong partnership skills.
  • Intermediate Excel experience and Advanced English Level will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Business Process Management discipline knowledge/ experience.
  • Experience with Adobe or communication design will be a good addition.
