What You Will Do

​Creation of templates for the list of participants and training schedule file.

Involved in training support for Asia:

• Creation and adaptation of training roadmaps. 
• Creation of templates for the list of participants and training schedule file. 
• Request/consolidate/check inputs given by CRs and trainers regarding LOP and TSF. 
• Communication with CRs and trainers. 
• Coordination with HR TC: Invitation process and completion setting. 
• Coordination of operational tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Business Admin, Communications or other related field. 
• Minimum 1 year of working experience/ fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. 
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work as a great team player.

Note: 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company
