Intern - Package Signal Integrity

What You Will Do

• As part of team of Infineon Penang Back-end Development Advanced Package Design. 
• Responsible towards semiconductor package design, electrical model extraction and analysis. 
• Participate in Artificial Intelligence tool development project for Package Electrical Parasitic Estimation. 
• Develop package electrical parasitic database for AI machine learning study purposes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Electrical & Electronic Engineering background.
