Intern Customer Logistics Management - IT

What You Will Do

  • Prepare recurrence (daily/weekly/monthly) backlog and lead time report. 
  • Resolve customer case management cases following internal work instruction and company policy. 
  • Resolve order change error log and Idocs workflows in SAP system. 
  • Ensure on time initiation of all shipments. 
  • Maintain customer product data such as material determination, substitutes and exclusion list 
  • Propose process or system enhancement. 
  • Support ad-hoc requests as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Current undergraduates from Management, IT, business study or related supply chain field are welcome to apply. 
  • Some knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamic and iShare is preferred. 
  • Basic in Macro/Robotic Process Automation-UI Path knowledge is preferred, 
  • Intermediate level of Python knowledge is desirable. 
  • Some acquaintances of supply chain will be advantage.
