Provide key support to Process Integration & Product Engineers on Inline/PCM/Functional Test/yield data for process improvement to meet quality and yield targets. 

What You Will Do

In your new role you will:

  • Provide key support to Process Integration & Product Engineers on Inline/PCM/Functional Test/yield data for process improvement to meet quality and yield targets.
  • Support PI & PTE in SPC and DoE task.
  • Work on lot history checks, commonality investigations and data summary for MRB, defect density, inline excursions, FAR, ICO in support of lot assessment, disposition and root cause finding.
  • Support PMX team on new product releases and technology transfer.
  • Drive and execute short term projects assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Chemistry, Electronic/Electrical engineering, Materials sciences, Microelectronics (x), Physics, Process engineering.
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Willing to stretch extra miles to achieve overall organizational goals.
  • Can complete a 12 Months Contract.
  • Fresh Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or any related field.
  • Last CGPA - 3.00 and above.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics (e.g., pn junction diode, MOSFET, BJTs etc.) And wafer fabrication techniques and processes (e.g., diffusion, ion implantation, etching, photolithography, thin film deposition etc.).
