Graduate Trainee - Product Engineering - Integrated Circuit

What You Will Do

In your new role you will:

  • Provide key support to product engineers on Functional Test data analysis and yield improvement activities to meet quality & yield targets. 
  • Support the new product introduction/technology transfer, qualification and manufacturability/volume ramp activities. 
  • Support lot assessment, disposition and root cause finding. 
  • Support PTE DOE analysis. 
  • Drive and execute short term projects assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Relevant experience in product/test engineering and wafer fabrication will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good presentation skills. 
  • Self-starter, able to perform under pressure/fast-paced working environment. 
  • Willing to stretch extra miles to achieve overall organization goals.
