Graduate Trainee - GTP - Electrical/Chemical Engineering

The Programme

Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support for ECD area.

What You Will Do

In your new role you will:

• Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support for ECD area. 
• Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line interruption. 
• Perform or lead FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. 
• Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. 
• Assessment of process changes and process change management. 
• Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. 
• Interact and communicate effectively in cross functional teams.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Min. CGPA 3.0 and above. 
• Degree in Chemistry/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent. 
• Depth knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and equipment engineering. 
• Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage. 
• Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups. 
• Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner.
