Graduate Trainee - GTP

What You Will Do

In your new role you will:

Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support for ECD area. 

• Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line interruption 
• Perform or lead FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management 
• Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects 
• Assessment of process changes and process change management 
• Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects 
• Interact and communicate effectively in cross functional teams.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• At least 2 years of in-depth knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and equipment engineering. 
• Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage. 
• Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups. 
• Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner.
