Graduate Technical Programme – Engineer Process - Physics

What You Will Do

UPE:

  • Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. 
  • Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPS/ LBS/ Technology/ Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions 
  • Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow 
  • Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management 
  • Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. 
  • Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) 
  • Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

Support Group (Inline Analytics):

  • To operate all Analytical Tools, ICPMS, AAS, TXRF, GCMS, IC, CE at trace-level analysis. 
  • To support routine analysis on semiconductor samples (e.g., wafers, chemicals, UPW, parts in a clean room environment). 
  • Method Optimization and New Set-up for new request. 
  • Able to handle basic maintenance on these Analytical Tools. 
  • ISO audit for Lab Management.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • (Bachelor, Master) in Chemical Engineering / Electrical, Electronics /Microelectronics / Physics / Material Science. 
  • 0-1 years experienced in semiconductor / wafer fabrication / wafer level packaging. 
  • Good communication skill in English and strong analytical skill. 
  • Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift.
