Graduate Technical Program - Technical Expert

What You Will Do

• Each trainee must follow and complete the compulsory training defined by module or department. 
• Troubleshoot equipment related issues and minimize equipment down time. 
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and recovery. 
• Assist in the setup of new machine. 
• To assist Engineer to improve and sustain equipment performance to meet operations goals. 
• To be involved in Zero defect activity and ensure compliance to 5s. 
• Housekeeping concept and would also be responsible for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) documentation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics. 
• Good communication skills in English. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office. 
• Good team player with positive working attitude. 
• Willing to learn new things and able to do multi tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Candidate with vacuum technology exposure as well as with wafer fab experience in Plasma Etch would have an added advantage. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 or equivalent. 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park. 
• No work experience required.
