Graduate Technical Program - QE Reliability Engineering - Physics

The Programme

In your new role you will: 
 
Sustaining task:

  • To plan and schedule WLR test request jobs. 
  • To support WLR test request job for Risk assessment, DOE and quarterly monitoring. 
  • To support WLR test result data analysis, interpret test results and trend for each technology and update WLR monitoring trend. 
  • To support WLR lab 5s. 

Lab project: Technology characterization and lab digitalization:

  • Execute different DOEs (lab work) and assist QRE responsible for DOE data analysis.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh Graduate. 
  • Degree in Physics/Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Engineering. 
  • High interest in depth of technical knowledge on semiconductor and wafer level reliability engineering. 
  • Passionate about Reliability Function & high expectation in delivering quality tasks. 
  • Well understanding the basic function of all type of WLR & fWLR test available in Fab, interpret the test result w/Reliability Statistic to make an engineering judgement for lot release. 
  • Basic problem analytical skill & reliability statistical knowledge. 
  • Basic Presentation skill & use of MS Excel & Power Point.
