Graduate Technical Program - Failure Analysis

What You Will Do

• Basic Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) operation. 
• Perform up to medium level of Discrete and IC FA including electrical verification and fault isolation on package and wafer samples. 
• Perform sample preparation and microscopy inspection for clear visualization of package and wafer level defects. 
• Prepare FA reports that can lead to root cause finding and corrective action to cross-functional team. 
• Coordinate equipment maintenance activities including preventive maintenance & calibration, also responsible to drive FA equipment & consumable management.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree / master's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. 
• Final CGPA minimum 3.0 and above.
